Your rent cost will depend on the size of the apartment. Our apartments come in three different layouts: 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath, and 2 bedroom/1 bath. (See the floor plans illustrated above.) The larger the apartment, the higher the rent.
We do accept Section 8 housing vouchers!

Your income must be 50-60% of the median income for this area. We have a specific application that can be filled out to determine if you qualify.

No furniture is supplied.
All major kitchen appliances are provided and maintained, including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Hookups for washer and dryer are provided. We have a lease amendment that you may fill out and sign to bring your own washer and dryer.
